Yama

Yama refers to ethical disciplines and moral restraints that guide our actions and interactions with others. These are the first of the eight limbs of yoga outlined by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras. Practicing Yama helps in creating a foundation for a meaningful and harmonious life

Niyama

Niyama refers to personal observances or practices that promote self-discipline and spiritual growth. The second limb of yoga encourages inner purity and devotion to one’s higher self.

Asana
